3. Itinerary

We send your itinerary options, including accommodations, transport, and curated experiences. This will all fall in alignment with your budget. We offer flexible options, allowing you to make adjustments before finalizing.

4. Pay Deposit

Once you’re happy with the proposal, we confirm your trip with a secure deposit payment and finalize all arrangements. We provide a clear timeline and checklist to ensure a smooth experience leading up to your departure.

Are there any hidden payments?

No, we maintain full-price transparency throughout the process. Once you inquire and give us the go-ahead, you’ll receive a private payment link for a non-refundable $200 personalized planning fee. This amount is credited toward your final booking cost if you proceed. Once the payment is made, we’ll start crafting your detailed itinerary.

How much will the final itinerary be?

This is difficult to say. We work on your budget, so we can go as large and extravagant or as intimate as you want. This will all depend on the vision you have for your travel needs.

Do you only plan weddings and honeymoon travel?

Not at all! While we love a good love story, we craft bespoke African adventures for all kinds of travelers— whether you’re a wedding guest looking for a pre- or post-wedding excursion, a couple celebrating an anniversary or a buddymoon, or an intrepid explorer ready for the trip of a lifetime. If it involves Africa and unforgettable experiences, we’ve got you covered.

Do you offer 24/7 support during the trip?

Of course! While we can’t promise to pick up the phone at 2 AM just to hear about how stunning the stars are over the Serengeti, we can promise you’ll have support whenever you need it.

How far in advance should I book?

Africa may be wild, but last-minute planning shouldn’t be! We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for destination weddings, honeymoons, or peak-season travel. If you’re more of a spontaneous adventurer, reach out—we’ll do our best to work some magic.

I want a safari wedding, but is it safe?

Firstly—congrats! Safari weddings are by far some of the most beautiful you will ever come across. Now, as much as you may have fears of a lion walking down the aisle and devouring one of your guests, we want to leave you assured that safety measures and precautions are always a top priority. You’ll have the chance to witness incredible wildlife in their natural habitat, creating lasting memories while ensuring a respectful and safe experience for both you and the animals.

Are you directly involved with wedding day planning and coordination?

No, we are not directly involved in the wedding day planning and coordination. However, we work closely with wedding planners to manage transfers and logistics and assist the bride and groom with any travel requirements. Our role is to alleviate pressure by helping guests plan accommodation and activities before, during, and after the wedding day.
